While leading Ace, Scott has overseen and facilitated the growth of the business by focusing on modernization and efficient operations. Scott remains deeply dedicated to upholding our dependable and partnering approach while continuing his focus on supporting our staff and scaling operations.

Before joining Ace, Zach was a Project Manager for a national general contractor, where he oversaw and managed the structural steel scope for some of their most complex projects. Today he brings that wealth of experience to our customers as the director of operations.
At Ace, Zach’s area of focus is ensuring that we continue developing, implementing, and executing strategies that support our legacy of delivering tonnage with precision. He leans on his past experience and complex understanding of the industry to provide practical solutions to our customers’ needs.

As VP of Business Development, Connor is tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. His diverse Project Management background, which ranges from multi-family construction to heavy industrial projects, provides him unique insights into the demands of our customers. Connor’s previous industry experience and relationship first outlook serve as an asset to customers looking for a partnering approach to solve their business needs.

Ben Lemke | Shop Foreman
Ben leads our shop personnel and oversees our in-house fabrication services. He is a seasoned veteran with over 10 years of experience with the company. Throughout the years he has gained the confidence of our customers by demonstrating his ability to consistently and safely deliver some of our most complex projects on time and without error.
